These budgets include the approved Operating Budget voted on by each Organization (a projection of how they will spend their fee money) as well as expenses in progress (encumbrances) and actual expenses or revenue (actuals). This information is compiled through internal purchase requests from the Trustee Organizations, University KFS accounts, and Trustee Organization Students Activities Banking Services bank accounts. This information is compiled into the Student Organization Fund Chart of Accounts and will be updated weekly.
