i sent a mailmerged email to all student leaders today about their training status. The text is below. The Storrs report was updated today. the Regionals had no change, so was not updated.

A June reminder about the training information below.

Training: The current required Tier III Training for officers is now online and available on HuskyCT here under the SOLID Organization site. On the left hand side bar is a link for TSOS Training. Please complete ASAP, which includes taking the quiz associated with each module (which only appears after taking the modules). Your required trainings and your status are listed below:
a. Module 1: Status
b. Module 2: Status
c. Module 3: Status
d. Module 4: Status
Fundamental Documents: please check the linked document here to see if your Organization has submitted the required fundamental documents. Please reach out to Trustee Org Support (trusteeorgsupport@uconn.edu) if you have questions.

The Training report has been updated (found here: https://trusteeorgsupport.uconn.edu/tier-iii-training-updates/).
Training Columns are either green/complete, red/incomplete, or orange/encouraged (which you should see as green), or n/a (which means they don’t need to do for their role).
If a student is an Authorized Signer and is all set (training Modules 1-3 and in that role for UConntact), they are green. if they haven’t done the training, that column is highlighted in red. If they’ve done the training but aren’t on the UConntact roster, they’re in yellow (I’ve invited them to join, but they haven’t yet accepted the invitation to their group in UConntact).
We are missing quite a few fundamental documents (org charts, operating budgets, inventories).
Note that if an Authorized signer hasn’t done Module 4, they aren’t able to access the payroll authorization page.

I will be sending updated emails to student org leaders shortly.

Hello Storrs Staff!

I wanted to remind you all of our upcoming meeting next week and to invite you to participate in a summer group iniative.

1) Our newly named TSOS Rumble. The goal of these meetings are to tackle issues, concerns, processes, policies, etc that impact many of us. The intention is to brainstorm together- to use the collective wisdom and experience in the room. Bring an open mind and the courage to speak it. Hello All. I want to make you aware of a new space on the TSOS website (https://trusteeorgsupport.uconn.edu/submissions/) where you can submit notifications, information, updates, etc to be shared with specific staff. The goal is not to replace email, but to provide a landing page on our website (see the link below) where you can got back and see pieces of information.

How can the form be used? to provide copies or notice of emails you may have sent to your group (or I sent to all student leaders). to log an important deadline (inventory, sasfac budget, training). to remind people of financial polices or constitution information.

We’re testing it out, so if it has bugs, please let me know.
